I just bought it thanks to you. :) It looks gorgeous!! xxx
ReplyDeleteThank-you for such a lovely review. I have ombred hair but after a trim at the hairdressers it's looking less ombred so I need to do it again and was tossing up between these packest and a normal bleaching packed (which is what I used last time). When I did mine I did it, rinsed and dried and then did it again and it worked a lot better the second time around.

ReplyDeleteWow! I love it! I've been googling ombre hair and came across your blog :) I was wondering if you think it'll look good on a bob? I'm tempted to have a go but I'm such a wimp :-P
ReplyDeletejust bought this product but instructions were missing so thanks for the photos and writing how you did it. your hair looks great can't wait to do mine now!!
ReplyDeleteLooks really cool really want to try it and its looks great on you.I just wanted to know do you have to do a sensitivity test first and in regards to the conditioner do you use it just on were you dyed or all over your head.
Thanks I hope your not to busy and you can let me know
I tried this on my hair tonight, and the result is awesome! I love it! It stinks bad, but I found sticking my head out the wwindow helps with that. My hair lifted nicely after 45 minutes, think I left it on for an extra 5 minutes. Recommend to anyone, never been this pleased with my hair even after spending £100 in a salon!! 10/10

Hi belle! it looks fab! I'm going to buy the kit tomorrow can't wait.
has the bleach made your hair dry at all? & has the colour stayed the same or gone lighter?
you can check out my blog here also

Hi i love how your hair has turned out so i decided to try it out myself
i have hair the same colour as yours but i want the end result to be lighter, do you think i could use number 2 instead of number 1?
And would you recommend putting a hair bobble in your entire hair first and doing it all as one or just sectioning it down the middle?
Thanks deb x
Hi I'm going to do mine, did you have a colour on you hair before? I usually dye my hair a darker brown than it naturally is but not done it for awhile and wonder if I could dye my whole hair dark then use the dip dye pack x
ReplyDeleteGreat thanks for the reply x
ReplyDeleteHey
Loved your ombre post.
I previously ombre'd my hair 3/4 months ago using the darkest ombre shade kit and to start off with my hair looked great. But now I can see a lot of brassiness coming through and God forbid I look at the end of my hair during sunlight as I can see tinges of Orange... eeeek!
I want to go lighter on my ends but I know for a fact my hair cannot go through another ombre experience as it dried out the ends out last time making my hair brittle and riddled with split ends.
I'm guessing that the ombre kit just has bleach in it and not any colour right? Would it be ok to dye the ends of my hair a light brown colour using a semi permanent hair dye?
Hope to hear what you think I should do... especially before I end up reaching for my natural hair colour dye (Clairol Perfect 10 Medium Brown) and colouring it all one colour again :-(

i have wanted one of these kits for a long time but not been sure on what the result would bed . i also have very dry frizzy hair and i am not sure if this product would make it worse xxx
ReplyDeleteDo you dye your hair dark brown? I would like to use one of these kits but fear that the ends would go ginger because I dye my hair!
ReplyDeletesorry, but i think thats really a bad result, it looks nothing like the picture, so i assumed that u didnt leave it long enough on your hair and it looks really orange, which is never good, sorry, i just dont like it...
ReplyDeletei really like it and im 13 thank you so much and also im gonna do that colour thnxs fir connfident
ReplyDeleteI want to thank you so much for posting your review on the loreal ombré kit. When I first saw this product at the store I was kind of exited for it but I didn't trust it and at the same time I really wanted to try it. Until I bump in to you blog and I made up my mind!! I went to the store and bought it with more confidence; it turns out that I love it!!! But I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for your blog...thanku again :)
ReplyDeleteI'm about to do this to my hair! A very daunting prospect but reading your post has made me feel a bit more comfortable :) I've got the no.3 ombre, fingers crossed all goes well!
ReplyDeleteI have medium brown hair, its really long..but its not dark, but i want to use the light blonde one so its bright?would it work??
ReplyDeleteHi, i have died brown hair and really wanted to try this kit.
however my previous hair colour was red, dyed deep red which you can still vaguely see underneath.
do you reckon this would work on my hair or would the lightener just bring out the red underneath?
yours looks fab btw
thanks x
Did you bleach your hair beforehand or did you just dye it?
ReplyDeletehey, loved the review and the pictures really helped :) do you know of any temporary dip dyes? I'm going to Italy with a friend for two weeks in summer (so lucky) and we both decided to use a temporary dip dye whilst on the trip! If you have any ideas, please reply or email at: [email protected] because your opinion on what to use would be much appreciated :)
thanks!

Where's your kit from? For a bleach kit this wasn't massively drying which i'm very glad about, my hair takes a pounding sometimes!! haha thank you :) i'm really loving it!
