Graze box, my verdict!

Hello!
I don't know if many of you will have heard about the Graze box, I first heard about it a while ago on someones blog but didn't know if i wanted to risk trying it just to be disappointed, so when i saw Hannah at the blog little_wood had a code for a free box i jumped at the chance!
You get offered a code to give to your friends when you join so they can also get a free box so here's mine! http://www.graze.com/p/JF9RP8P, fill your boots! You might as well give it a try, it's free food basically! and you can cancel it at any time so if you're not impressed with the box you don't have to pay for any further boxes.
You can also rate all the foods on the website so they don't send you stuff you don't like, for instance i binned all of the food with olives in them because i hate them! I think that's a great idea because it would ruin the whole experience for me if i received a box full of stuff i hated.
Anyway, I received my box free box today and i'm really happy with it!
Here's some pictures;
 I really like how cute this box is! It looks really natural and earthy, and the way they've phrased the leaflet is so personal and cute :) I also like how they include nutritional information in the box too, so you know what you're eating.
This is what i received in the box;
 I'm so excited to eat them!! I've so far only eaten the cherry tomato, basil & pesto focaccia and it was lovely! The tomato's were SO tasty.
Most looking forward to the cinnamon flapjacks, i'm a fiend for cinnamon anything!! haha.
The cashews and veggie mix will be perfect for me to pick at while i'm at work to stop me from getting hungry.
All in all i'm really happy with this box, it's normally £3.49 per box but as i say you can get a free box with my code (http://www.graze.com/p/JF9RP8P) and also the second box half price!
The box has such attention to detail, i really appreciate that in a company, just look at what i found when i took out the packets of food...
So cute! They didn't need to put that there but the fact that they did says a lot about their dedication as a company i think :)
Will you be treating yourself to a box from Graze?
Let me know in the comments! :)

Carmine Box Review!

Hello!
I'm sure most of you have heard of Glossy Box in the UK, it's our equivalent to Birch Box in the USA which basically is a monthly box full of beauty goodies sent to your door!
I've never built up the guts to splurge the money on Glossy Box, i know it's not a lot but it's taking the chance on the contents of the box, what if i hate it all for instance? i know i wouldn't haha but it's always thoughts like that that have stopped me from purchasing it.
I've seen a few reviews for the Carmine Box so i knew what i was going to get, and i was impressed with the look of it!
So when i stumbled across a code on Cami's blog, Cami Loves Kiwi, that entitled me to 50% off my first box i jumped at the chance! The code was from a while ago so i thought it would have expired but when i clicked on it it said that the code was supposed to have expired but seen as i'd found it they'd still give me the 50% off! So i think it's worth clicking on the above link to go to Cami's site and clicking on the link yourself, you never know, it might work for you too! :D
Anyway, onto the review! Firstly the aesthetics of the box;
 I was a but dubious when i first saw the bright orange box it came in!! haha, but when i opened that i was relieved to see a very classy black box with a small, pretty logo.
The green in the inside of the box is a gaudy but i actually really like the colour! i'm glad it's on the inside though and not the outside, i wouldn't want to have to wear shades to open my Carmine box!
The black tissue paper and the red bow are very chic also, and luxurious looking! Plus i'm in love with the colour of the paper/packaging stuff that the contents sits in, so plush and expensive looking haha.
Now onto the contents!
This is a full size, one of 3 in this box which is great! I've used this for the past 2 days since i received the box and it makes my nails look such good condition! Really clean and healthy looking. Obviously can't vouch for what it does for the condition because i haven't used it long enough yet, but it recommends you paint on a coat of this everyday for 2 weeks (making sure you remove the previous coat with nail varnish remover before you apply a new one) and then after that once a week to keep up the condition.
This is $20.95 on the Trind website which is about £13, so already i've doubled what i paid for the box! Hurrah!!

This packaging is SO cute!! I love the way it says ''So many men, so little time....'' around the blush, it's the little details that make something like this and Benefit's products stand out from the crowd.
It says you can also use this as a shadow but personally i don't think i would, maybe in the crease of my lid for a little pop of colour, but as a blush, YES PLEASE.
I love it! It's completely matte, and is a great colour for all skin types! It's really pigmented so you'll need a light hand if you're using it on pale skin, which means it'll last you forever! Plus the little mirror in the lid is really handy, i love it when compacts have mirrors, also shows a good attention to detail, because who doesn't need a mirror when they're applying makeup?! Unless you have some serious skillage of course!
This is also another full size, impressive!
On the The Balm (click on the link and read how cute the description for this blush is!

This is ANOTHER full size product! I'm glad i got this in Peach and not in Ice because that looks a basically white colour! I could see myself wearing this, although maybe mixed with some water to make it a bit more pigmented and stickable! haha.
It's like a Barry M Dazzle Dust in consistency, but feels a lot more expensive! Although i'd say put this on before any of your foundation because the amount of glitter that will fall on your cheeks you'll have to wipe it all off and start again haha.
This retails at around £10.25.

This is probably going to be an acquired taste because of the very strong aromatherapy smell but i personally love it! I like that i can smell it on my hands for quite a while afterwards.
It feels nourishing and it sinks in very quickly, i love a good hand cream!
This is a 30ml sample size, which is still a decent size, but the full size is 100ml for £14.50 on the Balance Me website.
And lastlyyyy...
This cream smells like grass! haha it smells very natural and ''leafy''! I don't necessarily mind that, it's just not something i'm used to.
This has a really nice, light consistency and blends in well, it made my skin look healthy the past 2 times i've used it, apart from the slightly odd smell i can't fault it! haha.
This is a 10ml sample but for 40ml on the Caudalie website it's £20.

I also got some information and codes for the products in the box, i won't be using any of them so feel free to nab the codes off me! :)
 Hope you can make all those numbers out :) All in all i would recommend the Carmine Box, especially if you get a 50% off code! Also you can cancel your subscription anytime when you get it monthly so there's no pressure included!
Will you be picking up the Carmine Box or are you sold on another monthly beauty box? Let me know in the comments below :)
Thanks for reading!

My hair after Colour B4!

Hello!
I'm guessing everyone's heard about Colour B4, the hair colour remover from Scott Cornwall, a renowned hairdresser, if not, where have you beeeen?!.
It basically is meant to take your hair back to it's original colour without peroxide or bleach.
I was really nervous to try it because my hair is in bad condition as it is! but i thought i'd bite the bullet because i was looong since sick of having black hair that went red at the end when it faded.
I had quite a long stint with red hair, as in this picture;
VERY red as you can see!! and red is just impossible to shift, no matter how much you dye over it :( I'm actually starting to miss the red hair now haha.
Then i dyed it black;
Which again, i love! but i get bored so easily haha.
The instructions for this are far too long and dull for me to go into haha but they involve a lot of rinsing, at least 20 minutes of rinsing, EEK! My arm almost fell off :| haha.
This stuff also smelt like slightly perfumed eggy farts, which isn't a good look!
But as for performance, i couldn't be happier! My hair is in no worse condition, if anything it looks a bit healthier, the black is gone from my hair and i've been stripped back to my natural coppery, mid-brown :) here's some before and after pics!

Before.
 Pardon the glimpse of my makeup-less face, it is almost Halloween after all ;)
As you can see my hair is DENSE black, I tried to dye it light which is why it looks a bit two tone underneath the layers and at the roots, so that was a bit of a failure :(.

After.
And here's a picture of what it looks like dried and straightened properly;

The difference is pretty startling i think! I'm pretty happy with it, the first two picture above are just after i've blowdried it without any products so excuse it if it looks a bit frizzy haha i'm very glad it's lifted the black and the red but not sure of my next move with my hair, a honey brown maybe? Or a chocolate brown? I'm going to leave it a couple of weeks to get the condition a bit better and give it a break from all the dyeing, but if you have any suggestions for me for when i dye it then please leave it in the comments below :)

*WARNING* This post contains a Nude.....palette by Sleek.

Hello!
I hope you enjoyed my joke in the title, i made myself chuckle like a grandad laughing at his own jokes.
This is (yet another) Sleek Nude palette review!
But i've only just bought it so humour me!! haha.
I'm in love with it, seriously, if i could kiss it without getting eyeshadow all over my lips i would because it's just a lifesaver! i'm trying to use all the colours, i'll show you a couple of looks i've done in a second but first here's some pictures of the palette;
 The colours are so amazing! And the names are great, ones like toast and honeycomb make me very hungry! haha some of them are matte and some of them are sparkley, some are barely there and great for highlighting your eyes and some are statement shades! here's a few swatches i took (yes this post is very picture heavy!!)
My favourites have to be Taupe, Moss and Regal, unusual but still ultra-wearable!
Here's a couple of looks i achieved using this palette :)
 Don't mind my flaky nose, i've had a stinker of a cold and my nose has been blown 238583 times this week!
I'm wearing Bark in my waterline which is such a nice matte brown, great depth to the colour and good for accentuating your eyes, Regal over my lids, the most stunning almost burgundy/brown colour, i really love it and i'm going to wear it to death! and lastly Taupe in the tear duct corner of my eye to highlight them.
This one's pretty simple, just Moss all over the lid and in the waterline, i winged it out at the sides too (unevenly, yay for terrible eyeshadow skills! haha) and Nougat in the corner, a very subtle colour but makes your eyes look brighter and whiter, magically!
This palette has to be the best £6.49 i've spent in a long time! I was swaying between this and the MUA Heaven and Earth palette but ultimately decided on this one because i wanted some matte colours as well, and i'm so glad i did, the colours are really beautiful, although maybe i'll pick up the MUA palette too ;) haha.
The Sleek Storm palette is next on my wishlist, a gorgeous collection for a smoky eye!
What's your favourite palette and why? :)
Thanks for reading :)
